As useual Fridays class at Chris's was lots of fun ! I really recomed to those who have not made up there make time to do so. Its worth it in my opinion. I also want to say THANKS to Michio for another great year of training. And to all the guys and gals @ TM keep up the hard work and lets make this next year even better.
